We only have one section of this website with products that can be shipped and shipping costs are based on weight and will be charged accordingly. Cakes can be collected or we do deliver free of charge locally or for a small charge can be delivered within a 15mile radius of Ramsgate Kent

3. Ordering
As most of the items on this website are made to order you will need to contact me with your specification by the contact form or phone. When you have placed your order you will be sent a invoice for payment.
4, Payment Methods
Please choose from one of the four easy payment methods shown below by selecting the payment button of your choice and following the easy step by step instructions.
Google Checkout
1. When you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the Google Checkout button.
2. Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details.
3. Confirm your delivery and payment information with a simple click on the 'Place your order now' button, you can also decide at this point whether or not you want to receive promotional emails from this store.
4. Once you've completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account.
Paypal
Click on the checkout button which will take you to the Pay Pal Button. You can make payment via the popular Paypal, with either a credit/debit card or direct with funds from your paypal account. Just click on the Paypal button and follow the instructions

5.Delivery
Manufactured goods are sent by Royal Mail. Pamper, Nappy & Baked Cakes can be collected or we do deliver free of charge locally or for a small charge can be delivered within a 15mile radius of Ramsgate Kent
6. Pamper & Nappy Cakes are usually made to order. The ones on the website are for sale but are really just an example of what we can do
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy our products which is why we offer a no quibble refund or exchange policy. If you want to return any product for any reason you can do so within ten days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us first by e-mail at sales@noblesgifts.co.uk if the error is ours we will also return postage costs. All we ask is that the product is in a saleable condition upon return to us. If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office). After 10 days we will provide a gift certificate to the value of the product returned (again provided it is in saleable condition) for you to use on any item from Nobles Gifts This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 (seven) days from the day the customer has received the goods. For the refund to be processed, you must first inform us in writing and return the goods to us as soon as possible.
9. Privacy Policy
We shall never share or sell your details to anyone. Your details are used purely to process your orders, and to send out information and offers about Bright Beadz products All information that you provide about yourself to us shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.Governing Law & Judrisdiction
The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
